Lissey the only Brit in the q draw. In the main draw there could be any/ all of Katy D, Maia, Freya and EWS. Katy D likely to be the top seed if she indeed does turn up.

Lissey beats one Kim, now has another, and yes, she could have a Kim in her third match too...

Main draw is out. Katy is top seed and draws an UNR WC, Hyejin Lee. Lee lost to Freya 0&1 a couple of weeks ago. Maia gets a qualifier and Freya unfortunately is drawn against the #2 seed Ulrikke Eikeri who beat Maia 0&4 last week.

In the doubles, Katy is also #1 seed and partners with Akiko Omae (Jpn). They play Australians Bozovic and Parnaby in R1. Freya is #2 seed partnering Victoria Rodriguez (Mex) and play Eikeri and Silich in R1.

dont have to for qualies most do as the systems in place for the MD so why not but some only do MD scoring "live"

I was going to say I wouldn't mind Barnett drawing Lumsden should she come through (and she should) but looking at the draw placings, Barnett could potentially face:

7th seed, ranked 322
Aussie Bozovic (played in a lot of the ITFs where Gabi was), ranked 451
Lumsden, ranked 455
2 Q vs Q matches
30 Y/O wildcard, ranked 1013

The WC is obviously the most desirable position, but as she is seeded 4th is the qualifying draw, playing another qualifier would also be nice.

Probably wake up in the morning to see she has lost comfortably in her FQR now, ha.
