Harriet and Katy won't need their wildcards, they will get in directly now.
Katie and Tara will probably get two of the four wildcards. It will not be easy to guess where the others go. Eden may get one and Beth, Jodie or Freya. I cannot see them giving it to Sam or EWS

Katy would still probably need Rodionova to win doubles tomorrow plus one other to withdraw to sneak in?

There could well be further withdrawals, but can't think of any other obvious candidates
The great rankings progress that some of these girls have made is being emphasised by them getting into such a main draw on ranking. Giving a nice 'problem' in who do they turn to next re WCs.

I made this point a few weeks back that this seasons grass should yield a bunch of points for our GB women based on direct entry to these events meaning WCs will mean a greater spread of entrants and a good few GBvGB possibilities that guarantees points. Some of our mid range players will also benefit as well by picking up points in qualies. The likes of EWS, Tara and Sam should be able to pick up a good few points as well.
Ill predict 11 GB women in the main draw here. 4/5 direct, 4 WC and 2/3 from qualies. If so a new record for a number of years. When would be the last time I wonder? Going back 15plus years Id imagine at this tier.
Assuming Tara get's Harriet's WC, who to give the 4th MD WC to isn't obvious. With a maximum allowance of 3 ITF event MD WCs allowed per year, it needs to be thought about strategically. Eden has already received her quota for the year, so isn't eligible. Freya has received 2 of her 3, and it may be more beneficial for her to save the remaining MDWC for one of the GB 25ks later in the year, where she has a better chance of progressing past the 1st round. The same may also be the case for Jodie and Emily Appleton, both of whom have 2 remaining. Maia has 1 remaining, is arguably the next most deserving on results and probably won't need a WC for Chiswick and Woking but she is playing elsewhere. She could withdraw to take a WC but it is probably better to stay in Obidos.
I doubt it - she retired from Q1 at RG after one set. And gave a walkover in her previous tournament. Nothing to justify a WC - she would have been a DA anyway
Thinking of going tomorrow. Will an order of play be released before or any update on who's in the qualifiers? Or are these things only decided last minute?
