L16: (7) Liam Broady WR 163 v Tommy Robredo (ESP) WR 227 (CH = 5 Aug 2006)
So having taken out a 37 yo ex Top 50 player in R1, Liam gets a 36 yo Ex Top 5 player in R2. Good luck Liam.
Have to say, my abiding memory of Tommy Robredo will always be his response to getting beaten twice in the space of about a month by Andy Murray having had 5 MPs on each occasion and being unable to convert. His reaction at the shake of hands was priceless.
Edit
For those who don't remember what I am talking about or are just missing watching Andy play, here is moment I am talking about.

Pity, although I thought Liam played some terrific tennis today. Perhaps a bit more aggressive than usual. But despite that result, they should award him the title anyway just for that tweener in the 2nd set.
