Yeah, still a FQR to come, but when you see someone in the main draw ranked 655 (without needing a WC), you'd like to think they, particularly Harriet, would be too strong for an even lower ranked Q.
By an absolutely massive margin, this is the weakest $60K of the 10 such events held globally in 2018 to date; it is in fact weaker than 50% of all $25K held globally in 2018 so far.
Full details later today in charts thread.

Data I post, opinions I offer, 'facts' I assert, are almost certainly all stupidly wrong.
Ankita used to be a fairly regular partner for Emily, so ironic she is partnering with Harriet against Emily this week, first up. Harriet and Ankita are ahead on the numbers, but I'm afraid when it comes to doubles, it's Emily I'm behind. Nika reached a 25k US doubles SF last week.
Em and partner had their chances in the first set to get ahead and to get back level but lost the critical deuce points mid-way through.
Disappointing Em couldn't build on last week and I was a little surprised she wasn't playing with Ankita herself. Perhaps Harriet and Ankita understandably just wanted to play with the higher ranked girl to give themselves the best possible chance of progress.
