It's all go this morning in Asia!
Into a decider for Alicia, and she takes an early break advantage in it, 7-5 2-6 *2-0

Go, Lissey - the scalp of an ex-top 100 player is no mean achievement. And the woman won the 15k title in Turkey a few weeks ago. She's no muppet.

A career best win, too

The win today moves Harriet to 23 wins in 2018, which ties her for the lead amongst GB women in that period, with Ms Taylor (G); despite her lsos today Gabi still has the better win %, her 23 wins coming, as they did, from 3 fewer matches than did Harriet's.

Oh, two lovely wins here, so pleased for Lissey especially, this is her best for a while

R32: LUMSDEN, Maia (GBR) 461 beat HSU, Ching-Wen (TPE) Q 589 7-6(3) 6-1
R32: BARNETT, Alicia (GBR) Q 650 beat PANOVA, Alexandra (RUS) 346 CH=71 2012 7-5 2-6 6-0

R16: LUMSDEN, Maia (GBR) 461 vs LEE, Pei-Chi (TPE) 443 (CH=389 2014)
R16: BARNETT, Alicia (GBR) [Q] 650 vs ZHANG, Ling (HKG) [8] 320 (CH:184 Sept 11)

Well, more than 'best for a while' if this is a career best for Lissey, as blob notes biggrin

Yes, she is.
Obviously, I put the comment here because the other person mentioned, Gabi, is in Japan ... ... ... NO WINKY FACE!!!
