Has Ella gone back to a British University?  She left Louisiana several years ago now.

It's not our strongest team. No Paul Jubb etc

Paul is now a bit too good for this tournament, dont really see the other countries necessarily as weakened, the US use it for development. Who would be the etc? A fairly solid team making the most of the tail end of their time in college tennis, I am sure they had a fantastic time.

Just to congratulate Loughborough who were named British Sports University of the Year 2022

www.lboro.ac.uk/media-centre/press-releases/2021/september/university-of-the-year-for-sport-2022/

They are still one of the two elite academies for junior tennis (Stirling being the other)

Is Lloyd still a student? Or a post grad? Him and Michael Shaw seems a little bit of a loaded pairing!

Hello, coaches and players. Stirling University in Scotland, UK, will have avalaible scholarships for 2 players next season. As a reminder, there are not any elegibility rules, so that means if you spent your elegibility, you are still being able to play as many years as you want. We have the best team in UK in the maximum National Division. We became champions of the National League without losing one game, and we are in the SF of the National Cup, having a good potential chance to become champions as well. We also qualified for the European Universities Championship.

We are looking for 2 players for the men's team as a said. The level that we expect is something close to our 1st team (we have 6 teams) players like Ewan Moore (former number 1 of Tulane) and Vincent Gillespie (former number 1 of Drake). If you have a UTR of 12.5-13 at least or you have/had good ATP ranking, you are welcome to contact me here. Coaches looking for placing their unelegible players are welcome as well.

The Oxbridge tennis teams won the Prentice Cup and Seabright Cup against the US teams from Harvard and Yale - a rare event for both teams.

The women's team included Emily Arbuthnott from Cambridge.

Noticed the article said Emily was reconsidering her plans to join the pro circuit, would be great to see her competing again, but as Ive mentioned before Imthink her game suffered from 5 years at Stanford hmm

Disruption caused by the Covid pandemic means Arbuthnott, who has been playing since the age of seven and once beat Emma Raducanu, the former US Open champion and current British No 1, is reconsidering her plans to join the professional tennis circuit.
