Data I post, opinions I offer, 'facts' I assert, are almost certainly all stupidly wrong.
QF: LINDH GALLAGHER, Emilie (GBR) [Q] UNR beat VULPIO, Julia (FRA) [5] 1141 (CH:900 Feb 18) 17yrs (JCH:302 Sept 15) 6-4 6-3
Emilie's next opponent, Glushko, has been carving a path through the seeds similarly to Emilie, so it should be a good match up tomorrow. Glushko has taken the 7th and 4th seeds out so far, Emilie the 2nd and 5th seeds.
SF: LINDH GALLAGHER, Emilie (GBR) [Q] UNR vs GLUSHKO, Lina (ISR) 1062=CH 18yrs (JCH:215 Sept 16)

So a SF win won't be quite be enough for a ranking, she would also need to win the final.

Yes, that's the problem, reaching the final - in itself a magnificent achievement - would still leave her a point short of gaining a ranking
Whether that might at least gain her an SE into next week's draw I don't know, that at least would be one positive.
