Its so sad to think that a year ago Mandy was one point away from qualifying in Charleston (then sustained the injury the next week).
Yes, I agree, and unfortunately since her one aborted attempt to return there has been no sign of her since then. I think she was still trying to use some of her points whilst they still functioned as an entry ranking, but these are now all ebbing away.

There is this interview with her last month in which she said it will take half a year to fully recover.
First to recover 100% from my wrist injury which has kept me out of action for nearly a year now. It will take me half a year at least and then eventually reach the worlds top 200s which is where I was before getting injured. "

Oh thanks, this is interesting to read Redsquirrel... Yes, it still seems as though she is a month or so away, from returning still, though she has in effect lost a whole year, since it took her nearly 6 months after the wrist injury, and a few abortive come backs, before she had the surgery. I will post this on her individual page too.

Sloane pulled out. This would only be relevant to Jo at the Sf stage, and Hev, the Final.
As some R64 matches have been played, I don't believe they can now shuffle the draw, so a LL will just slot in instead.
