Week 14 - USA F9 ($25,000) - Memphis, TN (hard)

Yes, certainly two for futures ( and I think more generally ), which is why there are 18 on futures main draw acceptance lists ie. 32 - 8 qualifiers - 4 WCs - a possible 2 SEs.

The Arkansas qualifying draw is out with QR1 later today, needless to say without Jack, and with the second on the qualifying list in it at least one SE has been taken up ( possibly 2 if there has been a MD list withdrawal ).

Ryan P 2-3* in his QF.

The first two QFs are currently showing as "interrupted" though.

Jacks next opponent Sebastian is another college tennis product, had a very successful 4 years at Pepperdine, admittedly WEst Coast Conference but stand out programme nationally relevant both men's and ladies. He was all American 3 out of 4 years ie reached the QF of NCAA but finished back in 2013, ranked no 8 nationally as a senior. Not quite Cam level but ranked in the 300's last year. A semi final for Jack is a great achievement particularly from quali's but consistent with his efforts in Shrewsbury.

JFH has played an absolute load of matches!  Let's hope he can continue his good form next week, and hopefully they schedule him to play on Wednesday so he can rest.

Hopefully he will be rewarded soon, all the graft should give him a rank that will give him a break from playing quali's sooner rather than later.
