Emma is on Court A again on Thursday so may well be streamed again.

Second up this time so bit later. The first pair are due on court at 10 am local, 3 am BST.

Wushuang Zheng was a bit unlucky these last two weeks to draw 2 really promising 15 year olds (Qinwen Zheng and Emma Raducanu) in first rounds. A player ranked in the 500s wouldn't expect to lose first round of a $15K two weeks running.

I think this proves why we should have more domestic 15ks.
I would love to watch Emma play on livestream, but not at 3am. Not seen her play since she won the G5 at Liverpool at the age of 13.
Is she still tiny?

The ITF site is currently showing a delayed start for the first match on court. Now showing as 11.30 am local, 4.30 am BST.

And looking at the Nanjing weather forecasts I could see further delays.

Emma if seen at all today could very well be in UK daytime.

Matches have been moved indoors. Emma is scheduled 3rd on court 3 at not before 14.30 (7.30 UK).

Still being streamed for those of you who can actually get something other than a black screen.

Saw her play live last year. (In the match at Roehampton where, as Oakie says, things just got away from her, she lost easily, looking a bit nervous, and never really in it).

And, yes, she was pretty small compared with some of the others. But she was younger than most. And even so, not 'tiny' any longer.

1 break each; standard not as high yet as in the previous match; forehand often loopy and inviting thus far, 2-2*

Takes the first set 6-3. She doesnt look tiny to me and considering her age plenty time to fill out etc anyway. Be interesting to see what her plans are for the rest of the year. Got to have a good chance of being ranked fairly young youve got to think.

Still not playing as well as previously. Not bad, just not as good.
The opponent is more than capable of beating herself though, which helps.
