It would be interesting to know the average rank of the last 32 in each tournament to prize money ratio of the tournaments.

Gets tricky, as Q, WC are so random.

I've been looking at just MD DA, as they indicate the base level of competition that the even attracted without the added noise.
I'll add a regional comparison in the charts thread after I build out the regional data.

For this current week the 25k in Santa Margherita, Italy, had a stronger field than the Canberra 60k.

Just wondering which route Gabi will take on the grass. Challengers or main draw wild card for Nottingham and qwc for Birmingham and Eastbourne.

I'm hoping for:

Surbiton

Nottingham WC

Ilkley

Then assuming she was a MDWC for Wimbledon, either a QWC for Eastbourne or a WC into Southsea

Large schedule, but should be manageable. If she does better than expected at Notts then she could withdraw from Ilkley if necessary, but a great opportunity to take advantage and enter a good mix of tournaments. These 100k events do generally attract a pretty good crop of players so will be great experience whichever route she takes.

I wonder how Gabi and Katie B stack up against each other now.

Gabi has of course been admirably hammering in the wins and points very much moreso than Katie this year so far. But Katie has already had 4 top 140 wins this year and the lowest ranked player she has lost to has been Katie S, when KS was ranked 289, and has been on a generally harder route.
