Quite excited by it, I see Fran as the heavier hitter but Emily has Been doing the hard yards for sometime now i.e. More experienced. I wouldn't want to pick a winner

I'll go for Fran just. But as mentioned Emily has stepped it up against better ranked players this year after last year more just seemingly the lower ranked / unranked bully.

So truly may it be a good match and they both continue to progress ( OK, not both here but you know what I mean ).

Yes. Emily App has never been a little fave but she's been having a good year, getting convincing wins and near misses over better ranked players, definitely promising better than I had expected.

But I'll still go for Fran, just.

Well, now 5 games in a row for Emily, that was an unexpected run, especially with only 32% of first serves in! Fran serving to stay in the set *2-5

Wow, Fran pulls back two games and goes 40-0 up to bring the score back to 5-5 - and promptly loses the next five points to hand Emily the first set 6-4.

The courts are streamed, but only for the mens matches, as they provide the funds.

7 consecutive games for Francesca seems to have all but settled this one. She leads Emily, 4-6 6-2 4-0*
