All the way across the line, Jodie, don't stop .......
Nadja, just as a reminder, is the woman based at Bath so a quasi-Brit and a great result for British tennis in the wider sense that she's got the final, especially as a qualifier - doesn't mean she should win though
Jodie's second pro singles title, both at $15K, her fourth pro title overall. Three of the four have come in Sharm.
Consecutive years with a singles pro title.
It's the GB womens fifth singles title of the year, and weirdly our first $15K title of 2018; all of the others have been at $25K
In 2017 we had 5 titles by the end of week 10, and 7 titles by the end of week 13. The comparison then depends on how you weigh Jo's Premier & Premier Mandatory titles then against Gabi & Harriet's $25K this year.
Well done Jodie.

Data I post, opinions I offer, 'facts' I assert, are almost certainly all stupidly wrong.
Got to say I'm a little bit frustrated that the likes of Eden and Beth haven't been really going for these weaker 15ks and trying to nail some titles. I understand the developmental aspect, but ultimately you need to be able to win these tournaments to progress.
Congrats to Jodie, and exciting news for her is that in a fortnight where she faced 8 points coming off her ranking, she has ended up +6 points, and moving up 12 points in the rankings of what should a new CH 534 post Miami (existing CH is 537).
Jodie is entered for the 25k in Obidos starting 16th April - along with Katie B, Katie S, Maia, Eden, Freya, Emily A and four others (alts). Quite a party !
