It looks like a resurgence of her hip injury, shes heading back to the UK today

That sounds by far the likeliest explanation to me... And hips hurt more once you've cooled down, and that seems to have been what's happened here. I only hope it doesn't keep her out for too long as she had begun some small signs of encouraging progress in Japan.

This is going to be a tough one. Harriet landed five first serves in the first game and only won the first point. Now missed 4 first serves in her next service game, and was broken to love.
