Luke missed 3 consecutive forehands when serving to stay in the match.  It was the only only game I saw.  From the scoreline, it was close. He loses 2-6, 6-3, 4-6.

Ed was a set and 4-2 up only for Escoffier to win 10 of the last 11 games

I think Liam is now playing Aragone

Yes, Arragone is in as a lucky loser.  The draw sheet states Heyman has a lower back problem.  There are two LLs and 2 Alts in the draw, that must be unusual!

Liam's  match is the last one tonight, so it will be for the night owls only. Plus it is not on the main court, and I think there is only  one court streamed anyway.

I'd like to see Liam do well here. Just because he he had a great second half of the year last year doesn't mean that he'll have a great second half this year. Good luck mate!

L32:  (4) Liam Broady WR 164 vs (LL) JC Aragone (USA) WR 408 (= CH)

There is no head-to-head.

Well so much for my assertion that this match would not be streamed and be really late.  They are finishing their warm up and I'm looking forward to watching!

Back to Liam ...

Liam squeeks the first set 6-4.  Should have been easier, he had set points  against serve 5-2, lost his serve and then broke again.  Thr standard is no better than ok.

Poor match that neither deserves to win to be frank. In a third set breaker.
