L32:  (Q) Aidan McHugh UNR beat (WC) Mariano Alberto Hasenkopf (GER) UNR  6-2 6-3

L16:  (Q) Aidan McHugh UNR vs (1) Karim-Muhamed Maamoun (EGY) WR 276 (CH 225 last October)

So Aidan did indeed take advantage of a good draw to get back into the rankings ( there will now be 3 junior boys ranked - Aidan, Anton Matusevich and Tad Maclean ). Rather tougher R2 task.

Aidan ended up losing the second set T-B 8-6, after saving 3 MPs.

Shame not to get a third set out of that match but it's a decent score against Klein and a very nice week to see him back in the rankings.
