Well done Jodie Based on nothing but a gut feeling, I think she'll beat Parrizas-Díaz.
The gut feeling is based on the fact that Jodie is just 18, has a JCH:14, and a lot of upward potential! In contrast Parrizas-Diaz does not have that sort of pedigree and at 26 has slipped slightly backwards in her career. Her CH:289 achieved in June 14, is neither that inspiring and achieved some time back.
It certainly would be a good time for Jodie to start taking one or two of these 15k events a little more by the scruff of the neck, so she can subsequently start to try herself more at the next level up too. Wins at this level first though.
EWS beat her a few weeks back, she is overranked a Futures plodder usually found chasing weak fields so I would expect Jodie to win also if she is playing to more than half ability.
Jodie still not in anything much past second gear yet this year.
Just Francesca left for singles this week then. She would now need to reach the final to give us a 1.000 wins-to-entries ratio on the week: currently 18 wins from 20 entries.
