Ugh from a double break down to having 4 set points. Not playing well at all.

Stunning winner from Vondrousova to take it 76(5). Jo actually had a great first serve in there but her first strike not good enough.

The sharp precision, the killer instinct, has just disappeared in the past 8 months.

JoKo isn't very good at TB

It's like Jo's entire game has just shifted a degree, or less, but it's been enough to throw everything out of kilter to the detriment of every area of her game .

Jo's second serve is so bad Voundrosova is standing two thirds of the way to the service line.

Most of her play patterns just aren't working as MV is a lefty, so she's very easily swinging the ball back in out wide on the ad side when on the run

She was a break up in the second.

Dreadful performance.

Absolutely has to win 2 or 3 matches at least in Miami.

Had points for *5-4 and 5-5* in the second.

Had more than enough chances in the match to win it or turn it around. Vondrousova played pretty well but Jo really handed it to her. No excuses, just didn't execute and didn't take her plentiful opportunities.

If she loses her first match in Miami she'll be outside the top 20

Just find it a real pity how she's so struggling just now.

And seems to have lost the good matchplay / seizing moments that she showed for a good while. Today seems to have been quite a bit about not making the best of quite a lot of moments and ways back in.
