Hev over-anxious yet again on a very short second serv, thrashes the return yet again into the net.

BP 6 ... Hev BH long
DEuce 11, lovely dropper from Hev
BP 7, good serve down the line from Vika, Hev can't return
Deuce 12, fantastic point. Hev in charge, moved Vika side-to-side, but Vika hung in and came through with a change up to end a long rally.
Vika holds.
Entire game was like an oasis of quality in the match, great stuff, out of nowhere.

Hev serving to stay alive, 4-6 2-5

If I were Hev's coach, I;d have her in the gym less, and just take the Carril approach: bucket after bucket of balls, re-grooving those groundstrokes.

Mommy Williams, and Mommy Vika win on return though

 The way Harriet and Gaby are performing at the moment in particular theyd probably be able to match Heathers and Naomis results here if not improve on it. The way things are going at the moment GB number 2-8 are bunching up, just over 150 places  at most between them after Indian Wells.
