I don't know why but I haven't yet managed to get a single one of these live streams to work since the new ITF live score web site went live. Is there something I'm missing here?

They can certainly be hit or miss generally. On one of my computers, that anti-virus software blocked it becasue the connection is not secured. That's a posibility, but I think it's more becasue they're very low bandwidth streams and just get overloaded easily. The Aussie ones were generally better. I can only suggest continued refreshing, although the streams drop off even then. Mine has for this match in the last few minutes.
Happily, Eden doesn't need concern herself with the stream availability, as she barrelled through the first set, 6-2 0-1*

Thanks Blob, but still no luck. I also emailed the ITF support team but they were no help. The error message keeps saying "connection to server interrupted" so I think your suggestion of bandwidth sounds the most likely problem. Off to play tennis now so no more time to waste on this. Trust Eden will go on to win and I can try again tomorrow
R16: Eden SILVA (GBR) 466 v. Isabella SHINIKOVA (BUL) 406 [3]
Shinikova easily beat Emily App. in Glasgow Q this year; we were 2-1 against her in 2017 (Robson & Jones won; Popescu lost)
These two are also playing doubles together this week:

Same for me as well it appears Sky are blocking the streams as when I switched my WiFi off the streams worked. So sadly not the fault of the app or ITF but Sky deciding to show the play symbol with a line through it.
I was gutted as I really wanted to watch some doubles qualies to help me pick my numbers this week.
