Boys: Yeltsin Cup, Russia, indoor hard - Grade 1 (Week 8)

We don't often have representation in Russian junior events, but Connor Thomson and Jacob Fearnley are in Kazan for this G1

Tomasz Dudek (POL) v Connor Thomson

Jacob Fearnley v Rail Ibragimov (RUS)

Just to mention that Jacob and Connor - both born 2001 - now both have their first ATP doubles rankings, having made the doubles semis of the 15k in Glasgow, having beaten the top seeds, and coming within a whisker of making the final (losing the semis 8-10 in the MTB).

He's a very good player. I'm surprised he didn't progress much in the rankings last year.

Hopefully Jacob can now keep progressing this year and add even more to the strong looking 2001 group.
