Tara has such a great chance with only 64 points to come off to consolidate a much higher career high inside the top 150!

Tara has a great chance - so does Harriet especially if she keeps playing with Heather. Heather also could go up in leaps and bounds.

Olivia could make rapid progress with a good partner. Fran has only played one doubles( but got 110 points). A lot will depend on fitness.

No official rankings yet so it's guessswork (positions from Coric).

At the top

Tara Moore up 11 to 133 (CH). 105 from Montreal replace 30
Samantha Murray Sharan up 15 to 165. 85 from Landisville.

Lots of fallers due to Chiswick 2019 being halved.

edited for not using spell-checker

Naiktha's points didn't change. Just looks down to quite a number of players, who had been pretty close behind her, picking up points last week ( new ranks 247 to 252 are all down 7 places so I imagine that whole group has probably similarly dropped these places without dropping points ).

Those bottom five make nice reading - Olivia, Alicia and Beth all getting near a point where doubles really can be a viable option.

They would need to get down to 120-130 for it to really pay.

Tara has only played 1 ITF event in the last 4 months (slumming it at a  US 100k). Meanwhile she has picked up $18000+ from 2 slams.

She's earned more than that from the 2 slams though if you count the mixed doubles, which I think you should (especially for players from the 4 GS countries who know they're more likely to get a wildcard into it, if they're passably good at doubles).

She did really well with Arthur Féry, didn't she, at Wimbly?

It's true that this is all pretty much the same as winning one round in singles in Wimble qualis - which she also did which netted her 22k or whatever.

But I think when you get to about 150 in dubs you're on the cusp of making it work. And the girls above are getting close.....

Hope they don't give up the singles for the moment though...
