How does Lissey go down after winning in Sharm?
15K and 25K events are called "Futures". The points from Sharm will not be added until the 19th. WTA events and ITF events of 60K and above go on the same week. So EWS's points from the Swiss 60K are included, Alicia's points from Sharm 15K are not.
Lissey has dropped 25 points (1/2 x 50) from a 25K title in 2019 plus last week's 15K title points won't be added until next Monday (15K and 25K points add a week later). So down 25 points.
Even next Monday, 19/04, she will overall still drop points again, since the 10 points from her 15K title are only going to add a net 1 point over her current last (11th) counter of 9, plus she will drop 9 points (1/2 x 18) from a 25K SF in 2019. So she will be overall down a further 8 points.

Worth noting here that 15K and 25K arent called "Futures" in terms of when their points go on, ie in the future! But obviously to do with the types of players that play them...it should be said, however, I don't think the term "Futures" is actually used anymore in ITF events, I think generically they got rebranded to ITF World Tour or some such and then M15, M25, W 15, W25 etc...but "Futures" is for me a much more apt description
In the modern day, I also see ZERO point in the M15/W15/M25/W25 level events going on a week later - why is that? Surely that relates to days when clubs had poor comms, pre internet etc, certainly pre digital and thus things could get delayed for the small events. Surely now, as we see from the betting sites, everything is covered and is known on time, certainly in good time for the rankings to be updated by the Monday. It is probably a minor thing, but I feel it is something that really needs to be aligned and sorted out! Points should go on the same weekend the final is played, end of, for all events.

Absolutely! If they can live stream and do live scores everywhere they should be able to add points on for that week not be a week behind all the time.

Note 50% of 2019 ITF event points come off on their 2021annivetsary, irrespective of whether and when the same/similar event is played this year.
100% of WTA event points come off with 2021 renewals. Otherwise all these 2019 points remain for now - eg. Indian Wells and Rabat.
Cuurently I use the WTA pdf files to say what's coming off. But still a huge "grey area". I don't understand the new "rules" and I don't think the WTA do either. Feel sorry for OER and other sites that have to deal with this firago (sorry if. I'm waxing lyrical).
Yes, I feel sorry for such as OER and live-tennis too. Last week live-tennis was counting Madrid as a compulsory counter for both the men and women and OER taking it that neither would be compulsories for now. And poor live-tennis isn't the sharpest live site at the best of times.
In the event, Madrid 2021 was a compulsory WTA counter ( why when Miami wasn't? ) and for now not an ATP compulsory counter ( and for them Madrid 2021 was still compared with 50% of Madrid 2019 ). So each had a load of live rankings not holding up.
Whatever one thinks of each organsation's methodology, at least the ATP seems consistent and predictable. The WTA throws curvevalls ( I was expecting the same as OER ) quite apart from suddenly changing points allocations for some tournament levels.
I like to manually do ranking lists for a couple of weeks ahead for the Brits ( and sometimes the world top ranked ). Let's say there has been a fair bit of scoring out and rejigging in recent times but at least I get a feel for the comings and goings in that before I put a new figure I want to know where it came from.
