I watched from around 3-4 in the third. Cam was a little erratic at times, hitting serves long, but in the end was too good for his 6'5" opponent. Particularly in one phase when Napolitano was trying to get to the net but Cam passed him with ease several times. I thought Cam had plenty left in the tank at the end, whilst his opponent was tiring quickly.
Never been a huge fan of Millot's tennis - he's a little bulldog, very aka David Ferrer but not as good.
But he'll be 32 in a couple of weeks and I've a lot of respect for his work ethic and the fact he keeps plugging away, in a country where he's nothing special at all. I once said hello to him, in passing at Wimbly Qs, and he was gobsmacked that anyone knew who he was.
The guy is short for tennis, under 5 ft 8, it's not easy. But when you see him up close he's built like a barrel (which is not an insult), so solid. And definitely got some tennis smarts, after all these years. (But you wouldn't pay good money to go and see him play).

I turned on at the same time. Cam had the better ground game and always looked like breaking if he got in the rally. The biggest concern is the serve and his vulnerability on it.
