The Korean clearly upped his game since his first encounter with Kyle, but at least our boy got the job done! 

QF:  (1) Grigor Dimitrov (BUL) WR 3 (= CH) vs Kyle Edmund WR 50

Dimi took just over two hours & a half hours to subdue John Millman (WR 128), who was in the draw as a WC, in three sets, in the second of which a saved a match point.

Indeed, it would be great if he could win his third such QF in a row, particularly vs Dimitrov

Dimitrov a good early test, throughly enjoyed Kyles last game if he keeps pushing on we are in for an exciting year.

Kyle lost the first set 3-6, having had break points himself in a really competitive start.

On serve in the second.

I've only seen a bit but had the commentary on and the commentators are being very complimentary about Kyle, very impressed by his tennis.

I've just looked at the stats and that BP Kyle lost to lose the first set is the ONLY BP there's been against him the whole match! He had two against Dimitrov in the first set but failed to convert either. So far there have been non in the second set 3-6 4-3*
