Boys & Girls: XXXI Yucatan Cup, Mexico, clay - Grade 1 (Week 47)


The British contingent has been in Mexico has been strengthened this week, with the addition of Aidan McHugh, George Loffhagen, Jack Draper and Gemma Heath.

The girls top seed Maria Lourdes Carle is currently on the live stream ( http://copayucatan.com.mx/partidos-en-vivo/ ) and Emile Hudd's match is scheduled to follow it on the stadium court

Only the boys progressed. Jack's round 3 match is on the streamed court, around 9-10pm in theory, though the stream
isn't working at present. George beat his round 3 opponent in 3 sets on hard at the Canadian Open a couple of months ago

1-1 in the GBR v Argentina contest as Aidan benefits from a retirement to contest his third G1 semi of the year against the top seed. Jack, Emile and Gemma all lost out at the quarter-final stage of the doubles
