Katy should share her chicken feet with Laura - something's got to make a difference !

They just played doubles together. One presumes the chicken feet were not in effect.

QF: Dunne/Robson (GBR/GBR) lost to Jiang/Tang (CHN/CHN) [4] 4-6 4-6

So pleased for Katy :D
So disappointing Laura couldn't nail down that win after coming back so well :(

Katy has pretty much covered her points for the year and still has chances this week and next to improve.

Looking at next year, Katy only has 15pts to defend until May, so a huge opportunity to get down to low 200's or better.

Afraid to say I have now officially given up on Laura. The latter part of this year was a marvellous opportunity to pick up points and climb back up the rankings which has simply not been taken. Unless something pretty remarkable happens pretty quickly I fear that once her Kurume points come off next May she will be right back to 10Ks, if she even carries on playing.

2 holds, 4 consecutive breaks then 6 more holds in the 1st set took it into a tiebreak, which Katy won 8-6
