I was thinking that was rather early out of bed. Schedule shows 3 pm local, so it's 8 am GMT.

Pity. Doesn't look to have been a great serve day. What a weapon it can be but so random from one day to another.

The only really consistent fairly sustained period I recall for her serve was with Fitzy, who seemed to get Naomi to really concentrate on it and believe she could compete with very good players when it was functioning well.

Naomi's game has regressed since she let Fitzy go... Yes there was a period of plateauing at the end of that year, but that was probably to be expected. It's not clear that she has any real strategy for improvement these days, or how it might happen. Her game is still too up and down depending on how her serve is doing, and her broader weaknesses are all still there.
