She was also showing as Spanish on ITF draws as recently as last week, which suggests a change on the ITF site within the last few days. So either she really has just switched or its a mistake. If it's the former, the first place on the WTA site where she might appear as a Brit would be in next week's double rankings.

Her facebook lists her 'home' and 'current city' as both being in Spain. But her 'work' being London, as a tennis player.

If she has switched, Helena was/is a decent-ish junior, born Dec. 1999, and with a JCH of 290. She's pretty much moved over to adult tennis now. Lost to Emily Appleton in Dublin. But made the dubs SF there, and the dubs final in Belgium.

Which makes her the 100th active GB woman to play a singles match in a professionally ranked tournament in 2017.
