With Oli's ranking getting him DA into most 15k's it does seeem sensible to not go to Hamburg.Look it as business decision. Only in Qualifying therefore guaranteed no prize money. Also 2/3 extra games to start with before picking up points so decreasing your chances of going deep into the week as you come up against fresher opponents.
Will be interesting to see if this bit part return does change at any point to a more full-time attack on the tour. Ideally he'd climb a bit further and then go for Challenger Q's

I imagine he will be in Bratislava challenger qualifying in week 45 depending on his progess in the preceding weeks futures.

He is unlikely to withdraw from a main draw as there are some significant fines on offer for repeat offenders so expect him in Czech.

He did say he would manage his schedule as it suited him.
