Sometime ago I made a bold prediction that Cam would be a Direct Entry to 2018 AO via his ranking. Many people laughed, but once again I have been proven as the most insightful of members on this forum.

Are you sure about that? You have at least twice before made this "people laughed" claim about a prediction with no foundation at all. I don't know where to look and can't be bothered, but I suspect at most you were disagreed with ( or it was just  pointed out the slight divergence from a previous prediction ). Folk ( usually different folk ) often have differing opinions but laughed at may be in the eye / imagination of the beholder.

Good on you if you did see such form coming, but maybe unwise to call out a prediction when he may still be about 150 points short of achieving it. Will you be keeping us updated in advance calling of your wisdom then disappear when it comes to the crunch re your prediction if he doesn't make it and your prediction is wrong? You wouldn't be alone in that one. Have faith and just hit us with the "look what I said back in xxxx" if and when he does make it rather than I'm great for predicting that something will happen that is very much still a might happen. Nothing "proven" yet even with this one prediction and even allowing for it possibly being at odds with another prediction. 

Be great of course if Cam does make it - from getting in at the last moment to US Open Qualifying to Aussie Main Draw in the next Slam.
