Konecny beat Lloyd in their only other meeting in Nottingham in June 2016, on grass. Two t-b's and could well be another tight match

Video seems to show Marcus in no better shape than at Wimbledon...

Marcus will never be in better shape and probably will never take tennis seriously

He did previously get himself into clearly better shape than how he turned up at Wimbledon. Then you see the tennis he was still able to play and it just seems such a pity. Just unfortunately shows so little long term commitment in spite of at times words suggesting more intent.

Just to note that Josh and Barney are both 1999-er juniors. And that'll be their first doubles ranking points. (And Barney's first ranking points of any description).

All good smile

Well done, Tom. Hope Lloyd is OK.

Marcus and Oli lost their doubles SF, 5-10, in the MTB to Bothwell and GB's Luke Johnson.

The youngsters, Rose and Smith, also lost theirs but, again, only by a whisker, 1-6 6-3 10-6

Very good from Tom. Looks like when he's good he is very good. Be good if he could play more events and produce closer to his best more consistently. Could potentially fly up the rankings.
