Sorribes Tormo won just 14% of points on second serve, did not save a single break point in the match, was broken 6 times, won fewer points on serve, fewer % points on return, fewer % points in the match, served 13 DF.... but still won?

Data I post, opinions I offer, 'facts' I assert, are almost certainly all stupidly wrong.
Scores and drawsheet showing it was a W/O over Cirstea & Ostapenko.
Anyway all good for Katy and having properly won their R1 match, Katy+ can claim the full 110 points that have flown Katy into the top 200 for the first time, currently showing a live ranking of 169.
Katie's doubles match on stream now. Centre court, both girls look delighted to be playing there. Worth a watch for any insomniacs, but I'm only dipping in for a bit.
SF: Katy Dunne & Priscilla Hon (AUS) CR 382 (209+173) lost to (1) Kiki Bertens & Johanna Larsson (NED/SWE) CR 53 (28+25) 6-3 6-0
Not unexpectedly a hugely tough task particularly in the second set. But looks a decently competitive first set and hopefully Katy could still enjoy such an experience.
Good experience for Katy this week and hopefully will encourage her to play some more of the weaker WTA events in the future. By winning one match in singles qualies and one in doubles (plus the w/o) she has earned the equivalent points of winning a 15K in singles and almost as much as winning an 80K in doubles.
