I saw Krunic play at Manchester and she was deceptively good. Defensively very good and move players round the court. Throws in a lot of drop shots, but lacks a bit of power.

This is a tough match - Krunic playing very well. Konta has escaped some extremely difficult service games. Her first serve % is very low so not helping herself.

And loses the second. Very worried for Jo - missing lots. But we know how good she is at putting a point, game, set, behind her. Hopefully, she can do that here and scrape through.

Well Naomi and Katie got through to the third round of qualifying and that was about as good as it got, with Laura, Heather and Jo losing their first round matches.
