Both matches under way.
Katie is 1-1* with serve.
Naomi is going to have a long battle, lost opening serve, but deuce on Nicole's serve - already 14 points in two games

Naomi struggling against my fave American and Katie back on serve 4-4.

So frustrating we don't have a stream...would love to see how Katie is matching up against these players.

Yes. You honestly wouldn't think it was too much to ask...... furious

(NB A word of admiration too for Vicki Duval and Allie Kiick, who played each other in the FQR today, both of them having been seriously ill with cancer only a couple of years ago. Duval retired in the match, do hope she's OK. But respect and best wishes to both).

Sadly Katie lost 6-2 in the third. Still, a fantastic tournament - great results and provides a great springboard into the last quarter of the year.
