Several top 10 ranked players bar the way to British success in the annual European Championships. Aidan McHugh has a tough opener against the former JWR21, who has turned to the Pro Circuit, and is ranked around 1000

Very little play was possible today, except some indoor doubles. Ewen's match started and isn't going too well for him, as he will resume tomorrow 0-5 down. The tournament has a live stream at www.youtube.com/watch currently showing highlights of the few minutes play possible. I don't think any of the Brits are on the streamed court tomorrow
Ewen improved but couldn't retrieve the situation completely.. Aidan is currently in play indoors having lost the first set 6-4. Eliz performed capably against a local player
