Should be noted that made the SF in Newport last week and beat Ivo Karlovic along the way, but I would still hope to see Kyle beating these type of players.
Is Gojowczyk one of those big serving types ? He has currently hit 10 Aces and 0 DFs in just 7 service games. I guess there is a good chance if you beat Karlovic in 3 TB sets.
Rumour has it he has a big first serve - I just put the livestream on, so will find out. He beat Tsonga in Davis CUp (2014) and Raonic at Halle (also 2014) so must have some weapons.

I remember seeing him beat Alex Ward in the quarter finals[I think] at Didsbury last year-from what I can recall, there was more to his game than a big serve . In fact I don't remember how big his serve was/is.
On the resumption Kyle has won the second set, one BP opportunity apiece with Kyle taking his. The third set is on serve though Kyle has just saved 3 separate BPs in a long game.
Just switched on the live stream in time to see match point and Kyle winning 7-5 in the third. Always good to win a tight three setter. Not sure it was worth firing up the laptop for though.
Well, what I have personally pointed to is that Kyle's match turnaround record hasn't looked good. Some folk have remarked that he rather lacks a Plan B when things aren't going well.
So well done indeed for turning this round from a set down on the resumption and then from a break down in the final set. Good to see. Actually I see that 3 of his last 6 wins have now been from a set down including vs Alex Ward at Wimbledon.
Your next mission, young man, is to win 3 main draw matches for the first tournament this year. I only realised today ( well now yesterday ) that he hadn't so far done so.
