Copying part of my post in the Menorca Challenger thread ( where he has lost in R1 ), showing that in retrospect Billy was essentially just one win ( in a winnable match ) from being top 100 in the post Miami 31/03 rankings.
"As the Miami fortnight and challengers shook out he was in retrospect very close to being top 100 in the current rankings. He is WR 103 on 580 points, WR 100 is on 592 points. If Billy had won his 3 set MD R1 match vs Spizziri he would have had 20 more points taking him to 600 points. So, all else being equal ...
He is now live ranked 104 and if he moves further this week, it can now clearly only be one way. He still though has a window before the grass season. But he needs to push that possibly tighening window open."
FYI Bob, Billy , Oli C and loffers are entered into challenger in pozoblanco, Cordova, just after Wimbledon- not sure if that is handy for you? Billly would be top seed, most likely.
Not content with playing French club tennis in the off season I see he has signed up for Delhi Aces in the Tennis Premier League which seems to run 9th -14th . Certainly doesnt have many weeks off.
I couldnt find anything on this, do you have a tournament website link at all?!
https://www.tplsport.com/livescore results are here. Seems be each rubber was played to a best of 25 points. With a match having a Mens Singles, Womens Singles, Mens Doubles and a Mixed doubles. A match is therefore out of 100. Only other thing I found out is some of the original lineup were picked in a draft system with the top players earning about £10k for the 5 day tournament.
