Katie and Sam made heavy weather of it but both them, and Em's team, got through their R1 matches nicely.

Weird looking stats. Em only winning 5/18 points on serve in 3 games, but 17/36 returning. *1-5
Come on Em, get that serve working, and you can walk this

Sam's a set to the good I see, playing an unranked 15 year old almost half her age 6-4 1-1
Em not doing so well, already 0-2 in the second set. Yeah a pity to see her serve so bad. Only 33% 1st serves and 8DFs now. Her singles' fortunes are definitely waning at the moment.
