UTR Tennis Tournaments (in Britain or with British Players)

Giaocomo revelli is playing the utr in California.

And in Atlanta, there's Finn murgett and Tad McLean.

Interesting to watch the results here .... they've got live stream too, I think

Watched a bit of Giaocomo Revelli playing the utr in California last night.

Not over-awing, but the young man did well, (and deservedly so), to win a clutch match, that went down to the wire.

That's his third victory on the trot, so well done to him.

Tad has also got two wins out of two.

Finn has also got two wins out of three.

(People will remember that Tad and Finn won some important US college doubles thing and then got a wildcard into the Notts Challenger)

What Barry is doing for British tennis is just amazing - all credit to him - and even the LTA are sitting up and taking notice....

I noticed that Emile Hudd and Matthis Ross were playing in the Florida event this week.

Emile has two wins, two losses so far (including a very close loss to Brandon Holt, now about 800, previously top-500)

Matthis has four losses

Their site is the worst one ever.

I've looked several times for the cardiff updates - nothing

And I try various twitters....

If you register on the UTC site you can get the draw.
Mens 1/4 finals(Round of 16 not complete so an or where appropriate)
Billy Harris - Joseph Newman-Billington
Toby Samuel - Euan Mcintosh
David Quayle/James Sclater - Matthew Short/Giles Hussey
William Mclennaghen - Mattias Southcombe/Felix Gill

In the Womens draw. I don't think as many players signed up but qualifying doesn't appear to be finished and the only matches showing in the main draw are.
Arina Vasilescu(ROU) - Adeola Greatorex
Sarah Hawkshaw(ROI) - Paulina Jurkowska
Katherine barnes - Annali Olivelle
Lauren Bishop - Annabelle Davis

That's brilliant Madadman - appreciate it.

I resent having to register on the site (don't really know why, bit daft, but.....)

Any and all updates would be mega appreciated. (But you probably think - just go and blinkin register, CD ! - and you'd have a point)

It did take me several tournaments of wanting to know the state of play to cave myself to register. I even thought today I don't want to bother with signing up and then realised I already have!

As a reminder, the winner of this event also gets a QWC into one of the 25ks coming up

Although, frankly, the world and his wife could get a quali place by direct entry in the upcoming Bath one.

NB Is this the Arina Vasilescu who is WTA 650 or so? What is she doing here?

Even better for the mens winner.

ITF Wild Cards -

Men's Draw - Winner receives Main Draw Wild Card, Finalist receives Qualifying Wild Card

Women's Draw - Winner receives Qualifying Wild Card into first swing of £25K events.

Decent money to be had as well

Prize Money - Mens Tableau and Womens Tableau events

Winner £2000, Finalist £1000, Semi-Finalist £500, Quarter-Finalist £250**

(Subject to receiving minimum number of entries - 50 players. Prize Fund subject to revision on entry deadline).

** QF Prize Money awarded only if tableau draw is 16

58 in the Mens and only 17 in the womens draw it looks like. So Probably a lot less than the above for the Womens.

Regarding Arina I think i've noticed her pop up on Billy Harris's Instagram, both played a lot in Antalya. She is down for Bath.
