And some super sprinting at the end of the first game of the second set, but to no avail. I would love to see this go to three, a battle between two elite athletes who can play a bit.

We talk about players needing to keep calm and handle the nerves. I'm only watching and on the edge of my seat already with my heart in my mouth. Both playing well but Halep to me is looking hungry for that #1 spot.
Sue mentioning that with the weather looking pretty set in the other QF could be moved to Centre to get it completed today.
Currently Rybarikova leads Vandeweghe 6-3 *2-2
I would assume that is if both players agree to it. For I don't think anyone should be forced to change court, particularly to such a very different environment. And the forecast for tomorrow ( and therrafter this week ) looks much better after a perhaps wettish morning.
I think if I was Coco I'd prefer to maybe let Rybarikova sleep on it, but depends how she feels. And how both feel about an indoor environment.

Would there not be a safety issue with the uncontrollable crowds trying to get into Centre Court to watch the additional match on centre like last night ?? Sorry, tongue firmly in cheek!

I still think even at this stage she'll be much more interested in 'just' winning a Slam. And however she continues to handle it, that will really be what she's very much handling most.
Slams are surely what you play for above all especially if you've been to the final and still to win one.
Absolutely outstanding tennis from both players. Whatever the result, I think Jo has done herself justice - she has proven so so much over these past few weeks.
Gosh I'm exhausted just watching this. Jo hasn't seemed to get over missing forehand put aways earlier in the match. Is it my imagination or is she making more UEs than usual? (I know Halep's retrieving does make you have to push harder)
