I heard on the radio commentary that there is one LL spot - so Q/LL can't be placed until Q3 is complete

How do they ''place'' the qualifiers in the main draw? If it is done from the draw order from the qualifying matches,then Alex Ward was in the sixth match in the last qualifying round and the sixth qualifier drawn out will play Henri Laaksonen of Switzerland
