Do they still have an 11 pm curfew on Centre Court.
Personally I'd put Djokovic vs Mannarino on Centre and tell the council where to go if it's still going at 11 pm and anyone wants to try enforcing that. For the championship integrity.

I'm sure the curfew is still in place - and Merton could make life difficult if play overran by hours
Someone on twitter posted a revised order of play for tomorrow CC Djokovic vs Mannarino followed by (to a finish) Nadal vs Muller 36 46 63 64 1818 All WTA QFs are moved to C1
Djoko and Mannarino get to play for an hour on ct1, while if they started as soon as federer finished they would get to play under lights till 11pm and possibly finish.
So Djokovic vs Mannarino is tomorrow along with the four women's QFs with a pretty dire weather forecast.
I am guessing they'll start Djokovic vs Mannarino early ( noon ? ) on Centre with two women's QFs scheduled to follow.
Seems crazy scheduling. Novak could have completed his match today on centre with roof on and they could play all 4 women' QFs tomorrow on centre tomorrow even if no play possible on any other court, but as you say will have to give priority to Novak's match now.
Somewhat ironic as Wimbledon were trying to defend only having 2 women's matches on show courts today as stating they are the only slam to have women's QFs and SFs days with no men's singles on same day.........
I suspect indecision has ruled in the schedulers' office.
Once Djokovic vs Mannarino was very unlikely going to finish on Number One tonight, stick them on Centre before 8 pm, having already got things well set for that contingency.
Apparently, I gather from 5 Live, they were discussing the possibilties with a stretching Djokovic and co at the conclusion of Nadal vs Muller !
Anyway I'm sure Tim Henman, who has been talking about some earlier supposedly great scheduling, can explain all tomorrow.
All down to crowd control - from the website http://www.wimbledon.com/en_GB/news/articles/2017-07-10/2017-07-10_aeltc_statement.html
"The safety and security of all visitors to The Championships is of paramount importance. The preference was to play the Djokovic v Mannarino match as scheduled on No.1 Court.
When that was no longer an option, it was determined the match could not be moved to Centre Court due to the number of spectators remaining in the Grounds.
As late as 8.30pm, 30,000 people still remained in the Grounds, and therefore moving the match would have created a significant safety issue.
Both players were explained the rationale of postponing the match until tomorrow, which is now scheduled for a 12noon start on Centre Court."
