Yes, Susy's opponent was an 18 year old qualifier who has reached a JCH of 142 in Jan this year and can obviously play some. Suzy won despite losing 94-100 on points and 5-6 on breaks won. Her reward is not to get an even younger player - a 16 yr old ranked 1163 and with a JCH of 87 this Jan!
As stated Suzy is a reasonable 15k player, but doesn't have the power of game yet to step up. She uses her court craft to be competitive, but will get found out against better players.
We have seen this with several players - Njoze, Deigman, Grey etc who do well initially at this level and then get stuck.
Stepping up from 30+ points to 50+ seems very difficult - many fail at this level - special coaching for these girls from the LTA might be an answer - if they keep on playing at the same level they almost invariably get injured. No doubt the LTA would like to buy some furniture - or get some highly paid consultant
