You may need to page down - e.g. on https://data.2017.gov.taipei/atos/prod/resTP2017/pdf/TP2017/TE/TP2017_TE_C75_TEW001000.pdf, Emily is on page 1 but Emma is on page 2.

Yes, thank you Steven. I didn't manage to find the pdf's in my quick search earlier.
Here are the two links you tweeted, so they are easy to find
Womens draw t.co/u9YmtOA5wY
Mens draw t.co/xdoeBeQFax
The men's draw is very odd. Lots of unknowns, several recognisable futures players ... and then Jason Jung, Roman Safiullin, Aslan Karatsev, Seonchan Hong, etc.
Mr Findel-Hawkins' next opponent is the 14th seed Matej Vocel (CZE). Junior CH 259, ATP CH 802, five ITF doubles titles in the past two years.
The women's draw, similarly, has Kai Chen Chang at the top (112/105 current rankings, CHs 82 and 65)

Ms Arbuthnott's next opponent is Katherine Cheng Ip from Hong Kong (Junior CH = 35; WTA CH = 662)
Ms Hurst's next opponent is the 4th seed Ya-Hsuan Lee from South Korea, about whom the ITF has no information.
Mr Whitehouse's next opponent is 7th (?!) seed Seongchan Hong from South Korea. That's a tough ask: Junior CH was 2; ATP CH 343.
ITF has no information on the Korean, because she is actually from Taipei
22 year old, current WR279, CH186 (11/04/16). She beat Freya 6 & 1 at Woking (reached QF) but lost first round at Chiswick.

Chang is also the defending champion. The women's draw in particular looks pretty strong though how they do the seedings is a bit of a mystery!

The seeding shall be at the discretion of the Referee who shall take into
consideration the international computer classification for singles and
doubles of the participants. The latest available computer rankings during the
week when the draw will be held shall be used. If the players do not have their
own international rankings for singles and doubles, the Referee shall take into
consideration the most recent performances in the ITF events or their national
rankings confirmed by the national/local tennis federation.
