True; hardly seems to tell the story. 4-6 7-6(3) 6-7(7) in over 3½ hours. Won 4 more points in the match overall. 18 DF! 9 in the first set alone.

Harriet lost that set 1-6, and the match 6-4 4-6 1-6

But maybe not a problem after all, as she and her partner won their doubles 6-1 6-2

Harriet's partner had a horrendous long match in R2 so I'd have thought it was more likely the problem was her side. Though I've no idea.

Yes, that was her beating of Sam in over 3 and a half hours. She then partnered Harriet to victory in the doubles.

Came back today and lost 7-5 6-0 in singles and having gone 3-0 down in the doubles, so personally losing at least 11 games in a row, maybe suggested to Harriet "stuff this for a laugh, I'm actually ever so slightly fatigued, can we stop?"
