All three are entered in the 100k at Surbiton, along with Heather, Naomi and Tara, plus many others well down the alt list. But Laura is 26th and last on the qualifying list, so perhaps there are wild cards waiting for some
The article on the BBC website so far makes no mention of the fact that all British finals are as rare as hens teeth. It'd be nice for them to include a paragraph on Katie Boulter and recognise the match that took place. So far in it, only Laura Robson exists. They could do more. The article is only 40 mins old and may yet be expanded. Waiting with optimiism.
Laura Robson will move back into the world's top 200 after beating fellow Briton Katie Boulter 6-3 6-4 to win the ITF 60k Kurume tournament in Japan.
The 23-year-old will rise to 169th from 218th in Monday's updated rankings.
Her career has been blighted by three years of wrist problems and she has not played in the main draw of a WTA event since August's US Open.
Robson, who was ranked as high as 27th in 2013, has dropped down to a level below the WTA to regain form.
Super week. Well done to both.

Looks like Laura had an extra gear to go to today, as on the weeks form Katie's was definitely on a pars with Laura.
Having watched Laura in Tallinn, and then in Constanta, for me she's growing a much more sounder base this year, compared to the completely out of the blue Landisville/USopen stretch. Her ground game is now 100% more reliable ( timing in particular on the up ), her ball toss is still not improved( not sure why when she's playing doubles much less need for the reload button ), but remarkably her serve has improved too. If she could get that toss more consistent, I really do believe she can get back close to the top 100 in time. I'll be interested to see who's coaching her now on a full time basis come the grass season.
As for Katie, no doubt she's looking like a solid top 200 player already, could she be a top 100 player in time, that is the big question, probably not a consistent one, but certainly I eventually see a CH in double digits.
Great to see Laura win the title. I feel like at the moment she needs it more. Great week for Katie and some cracking wins for her. Her target must be US open quallies this year surely. Some good results on the grass could achieve that.
I would have thought that US Open qualis would be the target of all that group of girls. The UK circuit gives them all excellent chances to add some important points.
Hi, new member here, does anyone know which city the Kurume 60k is played in? I'm living in japan and would have gone along to watch if not too far, but never heard about it until after Laura won it. Would have been amazing to see an all British final, they'll just have to repeat the feat next year :)
