I guess this is Suzy's first visit to China. She doesn't seem to be travelling well at the moment.

 Suzy is stepping up a level on this trip. I've seen her play and I would say she has picked up some soft points from Sharm and is not ready to step up yet.

Em and Ankita complete a miserable day at the office with a 63 75 loss. Served for the second set, but were broken to 15 and lost the last two games on deuce points.

Their opponents were the highest unranked pair and included the singles top seed. But still disappointing not to build on last weeks title.

Suzy and her partner also lost in straight sets
