Agree with your comments about ranking points. If she does not win any more matches in the grass court season would have approx. 1034 points good enough for c. 55 in the world . This includes 200 from the 2nd half of 2017.  Hopefully can win more than 2 matches in the 2nd half of 2018.

I got the impression Jo has lost a lot of the composure and unflappability that characterised her rapid rise up the rankings...particularly at the end.

Good week and shame she didn't quite get over the line.

I haven't seen Jo's match,but if the standard of umpiring was anything like some of what I saw at times at Manchester,I'm not surprised in the least at her comments.
