Katie was dealing with a back issue at the FedCup, so clearly the tennis gods continue to not smile on her regarding injuries, fingers crossed they start to soon !!!

Time for the girls to test out the top seeds. Freya had a cracking time in the Far East last year in the run up to the grass court season more of the same please!

The order of play has singles QFs and SFs plus doubles SFs and final, and thus unsurprisingly comes with a note "Doubles final could be delayed to Sunday depends on players' singles result".

Sam's doubles partner, Danielle Lao (USA), is one of two players still in singles and doubles. Four matches in a day might be a bit much !

The four singles QFs are scheduled for 11 am local, 3 am BST.
